Levy Enterprise Account

Canva is a web-based graphic design platform, used to create social media graphics, presentations, posters, flyers, documents and other visual pieces of content. The program is highly user friendly and has many of the same capabilities that PowerPoint has (and then some), without the complexity of a professional design software suite

The program automatically includes pre-made design templates for account holders. Additional templates created by the Levy Convention Center Division Team, have been shared within the Levy Enterprise Account for all Levy Employees who have a subscription, to use

The Levy created templates within the site provide not only a formatting starting point, but a variety of copy and content based Best Practices. This platform allows a window into what other properties are saying, doing and how they are positioning themselves from a visual and written standpoint to clients, guests, partners and internal teams

Tutorials:

Standard Canva tutorials are available within the site platform, if you need extra guidance beyond the basics. You can access them by clicking HERE

Monthly Live Levy Training Classes:

Canva will be hosting live training classes that are tailored to Levy's Convention Center Division needs. These will be hosted at 3:00-3:45pm EST, on the second Tuesday of every month. If you would like to join the monthly training classes, please make a request to receive the reoccurring calendar invite by clicking HERE

Canva Website Support:

If you have any issues with your designs, or problems with interacting with the platform once you are signed in - all of your questions should be directed to Canva's support team. You can notify them of your issues by clicking HERE, to receive user support

Levy Canva ACCOUNT Support:

All Levy Canva Account related questions should be directed to Levy Enterprise Support. Whether you are in need of a new Levy Canva Account, or are having issues with your current Levy Canva Account, Levy Support is your go-to for help. CLICK HERE to reach out with your account related questions.

The cost is $30 per month, per account user, and is allocated quarterly to each cost center

CANVA Account Management Process:

Maintained by Levy IT

Signup:

• All new accounts must be requested through the IT Support Portal, which you can access by clicking the below button

• All GM/ Do's must approve account licenses

​​

True Up:​

• Accounts inactive for 90 days will be deactivated

• Transfer of created designs MUST BE decided before deactivation

• Cost allocations will be transferred at the beginning of each quarter

Deactivating Unused Accounts:

• Accounts not used in the past 90 days will be deactivated

• Users pending deactivation will be notified via email

• Designs must be transferred to another licensed user to save. If another account holder is not named, all designs will be permanently deleted

• To KEEP your account, email LevyEnterpriseSupport before the deactivation deadline

• Accounts less than 90 days old will not be deactivated

• The deactivations will continue monthly until all currently subscribed licenses have been approved by business unit leadership
