High-Level Overview

'EXPERIENCE-SHARE' PROPERTY SUPPORT

Provide guest, client, and partner experience strategy insights & creative special project guidance to Convention Center Division properties that are assuming costs associated with Area Experiential Support

SITE ASSESSMENT VISITS

Visit participating 'Experience-Share' Convention Center Division properties, and identify areas of opportunity for experience-driven project focus and/or modifications to current processes & physical state by providing a comprehensive feedback report and property specific experience suggestion plan with product, process, design and experience initiative ideas for consideration

PROPERTY SPECIFIC PROJECT VETTING

The Area Director of Experience Design works off of a structured project calendar, with the main responsibility of providing support in identifying and developing roll-outs of global experience solutions for scalable, division-wide, property implementation

Property specific projects will be discussed and vetted, annually. The Area Director of Experience Design will meet with 'Experience-Share' Levy CC Property Leaders at their site with an "Experience Assessment Visit", to discuss desired projects on an annual scheduling basis. All property project requests must be submitted by the Levy property GM/ DO with advance notice, and will be evaluated by the property's respective Regional Director of Operations, jointly with the Area Director of Experience Design and Division President as part of the vetting process

Together, the vetting team will determine the appropriate processes for project execution. They will outline extended project support resources if needed, they will shape viable project timelines, and agree upon extent of project scope

The Scope and timeline of projects will determine the level of the Area Director of Experience Design’s direct involvement. Often times, additional internal or contracted support will be needed to execute project tasks. However, the Area Director of Experience Design will continue to have oversight over project progression to ensure initiatives and goals are being met appropriately and there is cohesion between property/ partner needs and the active project participants

Interruptions to a project in process based on pre-determined outlined timeline and scope of work may result in the revaluation of project support and support availability. Additionally, adjustments or additions to a project’s agreed upon scope of work, may also result in revaluation of support resources

APPROVED PROJECTS: DEVELOPMENT PLANNING

Work, meet with on-site, and collaborate with Levy Property Leaders and/or Property Partners, as needed based on project agreements and overarching project scope

Project management with development/ installation responsibilities, as well as post-project completion maintenance duties will be adopted by the individual properties, based on agreed upon assignment ownership roles

'POP-UP' PROJECTS

'Pop-up' projects (projects that have not been outlined within annual vetting - or projects that have been requested with a start or completion date of less than 6 months from requesting date), will be reviewed to determine when availability exists within active project schedule, and what other resources may be available to support if needed

All pop-up project requests must be discussed with the property's Regional Director of Operations, prior to consideration with Division President/ Area Director of Experience Design

SELF-OPERATED PROJECT GUIDANCE

Area Director of Experience Design will provide trusted list of vendors and directional support outline to properties that will be assuming primary project development roles & responsibilities from a unit level
